In no event shall DevSource be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

5. "No Dumb Software" Policy

We pride ourselves on building intelligent, functional solutions. We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our quality standards or ethical guidelines.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
